Payment - Cancelation

Payments

All payments must be made in Euro and the costs are borne by the customer.

Payments are done only by bank deposit in our bank account.

A 40% advance is required to be deposited with our bank account within 5 working days of booking otherwise there will be cancellation.

The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.

Additional charges made during residence in the villa must be paid one day before departure.

Cancellation

For cancellation that becomes 30 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial burden and the deposit is returned with the bank's expenses to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation after this period, it will result in the loss of the amount of the advance.
